KUMA PAY is for applicants who can treat ghost chatting like a real remote role. We look for writing speed, persona control, privacy, emotional judgment, sales awareness, and the ability to take direct feedback.
18+ is mandatory, with NDA/confidentiality expectations
Laptop or desktop, stable internet, microphone, and screen-share ability
Bank account, Wise, or supported payout method
70+ WPM target or willingness to pass a typing check
Comfort playing the assigned creator persona with effort and discipline
Zero ego, coachable mindset, strong written English, and privacy

Software setup
Training uses a creator fan-messaging CRM workflow. A laptop or desktop is required because staff need to screen-share, review live ghost chat practice, and check your process.
How training works
First 48 hours
Phase 1 - Shadowing
Watch trainer screen-shares, take notes, and learn the CRM, creator persona, chat style, sales flow, and privacy expectations.
3-4 days, up to 1 week
Phase 2 - Hands-on
Start guided ghost chat practice. Training staff and management note your style, effort, mindset, speed, and ability to apply feedback.

Phase 3 - Trial
Complete the trial. Your first account placement is based on Phase 3 performance, consistency, and account fit.
Performance-based account placement
During Phase 1 and Phase 2, your chat style, effort, and mindset are noted by training staff and management. Treat it like hidden MMR in a video game: your Phase 3 trial helps decide the first account you begin on.

No website form is required. Your Discord account, typing test, questionnaire, voice note, and scenario responses are handled by KumaBOT and staff inside the server.
What to expect
What does the training include?
Training starts with trainer screen-shares, then guided hands-on ghost chat practice, then a short trial where staff evaluates your account fit.
How long does onboarding take?
Most applicants should expect 1-2 weeks depending on typing speed, coachability, writing quality, and how quickly they adapt.
Do I need prior experience?
Prior ghost chatting, creator chat, fan engagement, sales, roleplay, or agency experience helps, but speed, discipline, privacy, and coachability matter most.
What are the schedule expectations?
The target commitment is 6-7 days per week with consistent shift coverage. Staff will evaluate exact fit during review.
How are roles and growth opportunities determined?
Placement works like hidden MMR. Staff watches your style, effort, mindset, and trial performance before deciding where you start.
Do I need special equipment or software?
You need a laptop or desktop, stable internet, a working microphone, and the ability to screen-share. Phone-only work is not enough.
